Job Title: Assistant IV
Beginning Pay Rate: $10.30 / hour
Work hours: Approx. 8 - 15 hours / week
Job Responsibilities:

• Courteously answering students questions
• Troubleshooting basic computer problems/questions
  • adding printers
  • saving files to students home directories
    
    WORK STUDY PREFERRED
  • how to log on
  • usernames and passwords
• Maintaining printers for full operation
• Regulating scheduled rooms for classes
• Keeping up the SLC facility (cleaning the labs)

Qualifications:

• UCLA student
• Independent worker
• Very responsible
• Good work ethics
• Comfortable working in a Windows, PC environment
• Hands on experience with MS Office programs
• Some familiarity with the Life or Physical Science software in our labs
• Willingness to learn new systems and software
• Previous work experience and references.
