How can I
find out if labs are open for drop-ins use?

updated class schedule is posted on our web site:
http://www.nslc.ucla.edu/schedule/schedule.htm , and on the large bulletin
board in the hallway.
How can I get an account for the SLC computers?
If you are a UCLA student enrolled in an undergraduate science course, then you
already have an account on our server. Our user database is updated daily
with current files from the registrar. Anyone who has paid the
Instructional Enhancement fee on a course in the Life or Physical Sciences is
automatically included.
Extension Students who are enrolled in science classes may obtain a username and password with permission from his or her professor. Please see the Help Desk located in room 4351 in Young Hall South, if you need access.
If you are a TA for a current life or physical science class that is using the
SLC, please see the Program Manager if you do not already have a username.
There is a charge for printing. Black and white pages cost 5 cents per page and color pages cost 35 cents. These charges are submitted to the student's BAR account at the end of each quarter.
