The Noyce Scholarship program
provides financial support to students who commit to teaching science or
math in high-need schools. At UCLA, Noyce Scholarships are available
to selected entering graduate students in STEP to cover first year tuition
and fees. For the 2004 cohort of students, 10 scholarships were
awarded. For the 2005 cohort, 8 scholarships were awarded. Up to
15 scholarships may be warded for each of the 2006 and 2007 cohorts. 2006 and 2007 cohorts.
